I'm looking for this figure:

Seems to be the same like this one:
-> at least the skin... (birthmark on the left cheek)

    I think you are correct it is Amelia's surface. Really could be any combination of head morphs, dial out amelia, dial in a different character.

    Ling Hair and Ameilia Hair both appear to use the same skin on the face.  The moles on the left check appear to match the skin of Amira HD: https://www.daz3d.com/amira-hd--expressions-hd-for-genesis-8-female But, there may also be some head morphs from another younger charachter mixed-in, such as Teen Jane 8.

    Sprite makes characters as well as hair.  Could be one he whipped up, but it's not one in his store.
