I recognise 3D Universe's Gayle in the promo for https://www.daz3d.com/fe-decoration-background-vol-3, any idea who the other character is? She doesn't look like one of Rarestone's characters.

I've done some sleuthing of my own. Joonie for G8F is close but no cigar.
The mystery character is likely based on G8F; in the right-most segment she's wearing Party Shoes for G8F.
