I bought Hexagon as part of a bundle a few years ago. I just found out, when trying to install the program on a new computer, that it won't validate with the key from Daz.

    Did you download a fresh copy of it from your product library? or are you installing with DIM? The serial should be in the zip I think. If installing with DIM then the serial is automatically entered I believe

    I did download from the product library, but it was just the program installer not a zip file. The key listed in my list on the Daz site does not work on either the new installation or on the original install. I think it is due to the update to 2.5, which really bites because I actually bought the original as part of the economic stimulus bundle years ago.

    I actually have 2 hex serial numbers in my account one starts with HDZS and one starts with HX20

    A ticket to Customer services may be the way to get this sorted out.
