dForce for stuff that's already being worn.

So I get dForce for stuff that needs to drape or fall.
Even gravity, BUT!
What about clothes that are already being worn?

Clothing almost always has parts that intersect and I know that's a problem for dForce.
So what's the method and settings for clothing that's being worn?
And as dumb as it sounds, how come dForce clothing doesn't come with the "best" dFroce settings as a preset -- and instead they all link to that same video....?
What works for larger items and loose hanging stuff, but all I'm getting is a few more wrinkles....
Any ideas?

Are you referring to non-DF conforming clothes? Some, in fact I'd say most conforming clothes drape just fine with dForce applied. There will always be some that won't however. dForce Master has a setting that is supposed to stop exploding cloth. It kind of works.
No sir, I mean true dForce clothes and doing a simulation doesn't do much. From that big dForce thread, I have all the correct settings, it just do as dramatic effect as I see with scarves and blankets and shawls and, and....
I do own that product and will dig in. Great find and thanks for your help.
I often remove the dForce seting that comes with a product and re-apply the the standard dForce dynamic modifier from simulation settings pane.Playing with gravity settings also helps.
I've been using tricks and work-arounds to get the EXACT look I want.
Gravity (I mean wind) ended up being really tricky and unpredictable so I've been turning my characters sideways, doing the standard simulation and then standing them right-side -up and it looks like a great emulation of strong winds blowing the garments and such. I forgot about these presets. It's funny, when dForce first arrived I experimented and didn't like it. Hair was a big fail so I abandoned dForce altogether and went back to working with morphs and postwork.
I hadn't bought any hair in a long time and have been avoiding male suits or anything that has that tubular look.
Switching/turning off that 'start from memorized pose' did wonders to get the simulations back on track and woking as advised.
Now, after some great results, I'm back, interested and playing catch-up.
I just didn't want to do so much in post to fix things.
Oh well. I will explore these presets and I thank you again for the tips.
