In manual dowload it's also a bit confusing. There is a download for the Add-on under the Add-on. But there is also another larger download for the Add-on in the category for the outfit. Then down below everthing at the bottom of the list is the download for the outfit.
You might want to submit a ticket, or just go to the manual downloads.
