Need a short-sleeved shirt with open collar but TUCKED IN at waist

Hi - I'm trying to dress a doctor. For infection control reasons, the hospital doesn't allow neckties, and they also have a bare below the elbow policy. So what I need is a shirt:

that has buttons along its full length (not a polo shirt),
with either short sleeves or a morph where the sleeves are rolled up high,
where the collar is open at the neck but only the first button (or two at a stretch),
and it will tuck properly into trousers at the waist (not worn loose outside the trousers).

The texture isn't so important - I can fix that with shaders. Ideally it would be for Genesis 3/8 males, but again not a dealbreaker,

The problem is that all the shirts I've found with most of the other features are designed to be more casual and hang out over the trousers. Has anyone any suggestions for one that fits the criteria above?
