    Sad news indeed.

    I imagine that he's already picked up his halo, wings and kazoo, and with Willie Rushton (on swanee whistle obviously) is performing an epically rousing rendition of the Hallelujah chorus from Handel's Messiah. With Humph on trumpet to provide some semblance of decorum.
