Get up to 24% off Gift Cards?

In the Good Friday, email promo is for up to 24% off Gift Cards, but when you go to the link provided it says the following?

GIFT CARDS - 10% OFF
or 15% OFF if over $200

    If you buy a gift card with a new release it comes to 24-27% off I believe :) due to this offer on the sales page...

    Get an EXTRA 10% OFF* the Gift Card if you add any New Release over $1 in your cart

    So it then becomes 10% off + the additional 10% off that reduced price for including the new release, and if you're a paying PC club member another 10% should come off THAT 2x reduced price, as per the PC Club for All stipulations. That's how it's coming up for me anyway :)

    GIFT CARDS - 10% OFF

    That's because it's 15% off if over $200 + an additional 10% off if you buy a new release + an additional 10% if you are PC+.

    So, a $200 giftcard would look something like:

    • $200 - 15% ($30) = $170
    • $170 - 10% ($17) = $153 --> Which is 23.5% off
    • $153 - 10% ($15.3) = $137.70 --> Which is 31% off.

    Yeah the key here is an additional 10% off I think. Compared to the usual language here.

    It has to be over USD 200, so 201, but yeah, the rest is correct.

    It will work with $200 actually. See screenshot:

    Also any new release over $1, so that should include PC+ priced items.

    Wow! That formula must have been created by some mad accountant, my head hurts. I need coffee, with a shot of whiskey. Thanks everyone for trying to clear that up for me (:

    Welcome to Dazland discounts, this is actually the formula how most gift card sales work if you wanna hit above 25% off.

    Those are the standard rules for combining percentages.
