I need Help! I can't delete some unwanted content! Please!

I have tried everything, I downloaded a free package bundle from the store daz3d and when I installed it through INstall manager it wasn't working right, it was some old V4 and M5 stuff but it was free so I got it. Anyway I didn't want it becuase it was causing problems, I never have install problems with new content, so I figured it may be because its old, Installed it through Das Install manager but for some reason the main file I don't want is still there, its showing not installed but Its irratating to see in in my content option, I want it gone from my pc completely, Please someone help, I tried to delte meta data and it just keep poping up, I don't know what to do. Any helful information is highly appreciated! thanks... Pictures, screenshot I'll take anything you can offer, becuae this is so irratating. I just don't want to see it there. You may say just ignore it. Image seeing something you don't want to see over and over again. It may be different for others but its super annoying me..

    Where is it appearing? If you are using the Products tab of Smart Content you cn use the Installed filter button at the bottom to see only content that is installed.

    Thanks Richard. I just decided to leave it, and your right. I'll just filter it. Plus some of the content is good so.
