FW Alex Dog Tags

Hi all- I'm hoping to get some guidance on how to modify the Dog Tags that came with FW Alex .  I love the product and they are by far the best dog-tags I've seen.  My question is how to modify the name on the dog tag.  I understand it involves editing a series of JPGs for the base color & normal maps.  My question is how to do that so that the base color and normal maps line up.  Is there software that I should/could use to do that or would I just need to do that in something like Photoshop?  Thanks in advance for any help.

    Photoshop will do.

    Load in the tags and select the surface, in the surfaces tab under diffuse you can browse to where the map is installed on your computer, note the path. Open that, and any other maps that you will need to alter, in Photoshop or whatever program you are using. from there its just a case of altering the maps to what you want, if you use the base maps from the product you cannot redistrubute them but its fine to do for your own use.
