Daz studio 4.6(64bit) wont open

It wont open at all i uninstalled everything and re installed them but when i try to open daz it just doesn't open,No error messages nothing it just doesn't open. can anyone help i just got this yesterday and i really want to use it. It worked yesterday but now it wont..

    What OS and graphics card do you have?

    memory:5.5
    graphics:3.0
    gaming graphics:5.0
    1.85GB usable memory
    windows 7
    compact presario CQ57

    I think that's pretty much everything that would be needed to be known

    Dont think it has anything to do with it because it ran without it before but the photoshop 3d bridge wont install
    this is the error that show up : Install Manager cannot find a required path. The installer for "Photoshop 3D Bridge for DAZ Studio 4.5+ (Win 64-bit)" requires that the installed path for "Photoshop CS6, CS5, CS4 (64-bit)" be defined. Make sure that a path for this application is present on the "Applications" page of the "Settings" dialog, then try again.

    note:
    some "CQ57" models start from Dual code 1Ghz!

    Windows 7? What graphics card?

    The amount of RAM (memory) is pretty low, but it should be enough to start if the graphics card can handle it.

    regular graphics 3.0
    gaming graphics is:5.0(capability)

    Ive tried several things run as administrator,upload GL,Updates, still dosnt open when i click on it the round circle that tells you its loading comes on screen but then it go's away and it dose'nt open

    Try right-clicking on the icon and choosing "Run As Administrator".

    I already did that plus set it up to automatically run as administrator it does the same thing

    I still havnt fixed it =.='' i really liked the way the program looked to.
