dForce simulation bug?

Clothes loaded when there are no figures in the scene are not properly cloth simulated. It seems that the mesh shape at the start of the simulation is replaced by the posed mesh.

It occurred in the following procedure:
1.Load dForce cloth.
2.Load Genesis 8 Female.
3.Wear the clothes on the figure with "Fit to".
4.Apply Pose Presets to figures.
5.Start simulation.
If load the figure first, the clothes will be simulated correctly.

Is anyone having the same problem?

Are you saying that the figure goes to the memorised pose, probably the zero pose if you haven't set it to  something else, but the clothing stays in the posed shape (and so, probably, intersects the figure)?

If so, why doesn't it happen when I load the figure first before the clothes?

I was asking if that was what was happening for you - is it?
