Moved Content files to another SSD and DS cannot find files

Hey guys... i did something (maybe stupid... don't know). I had no space at my C-drive so i had to move the content libraries to another disk. Doing that (and fixing all the paths to the new folders) made some content not being able to load (especially the manually installed content) and although I reinstalled some of the content, still DS cannot find some files (starting with "data" or "runtime"). So i decided to reinstall it all to the new SSD. still it can't find anything.
Do I need to do a clean uninstall (4.12 64bit) and how can i do this?
Is there any other solution to this problem? and how should i setup my DIM to install the program in another location other than c:program files?
Thank you in advance

Did you change DS preferences to tell it where your new content is installed?
Note that this does not solve "can't find files" situations. The file containing the content settings that cause the error is not affected by a program uninstall/reinstall — this is deliberate, so that the settings are preserved through updating to a new program version.
Can you post a screenshot of the Content Directory Management dialog, opened to show the content locations, and also a screenshot of a Windows directory window, showing the actual folder path to where you moved the content libraries? It's usually not a major undertaking to fix this, but there are a few gotchas that will bite you if you don't know about them.
I'm glad for the OP asking this. I also have an SSD that is almost full and would like to move a lot of content to another drive - probably a high capacity HDD. I assume the process is copying the content to the new drive using the same folder hierarchies, then using Content Directory Manager to create a new directory indentification, which is the new drive. Is it that simple? I'm concerned about the issues of the OP. Are there any tutorials/videos that can help?
It can be, unless you use Smart Content, in which case you have to know how to keep the content database pointing in the right direction. I don't use Smart Content, so I can't help you with that.
Note that it isn't just the Content Directory Manager; if you use DIM to install, you'll need to update its pointer settings and perhaps also copy across its installer storage folders.
Thanks. I *do* use Smart Content as I like the inteface with that feature, although it shows only a percentage of my content. If anyone is good with Smart Content, I *really* would appreciate advice!
Thanks everyone for their answers.. Actually i just read them since it wasn't any notification about this, but i figured it out eventually. Just had to manually reinstall somethings. ANd yes i changed every pointer to DS and DIM to the new locations.
