Dim installer only works sometimes
Somehow, my content library jumped from its usual spot. It's taking up half my screen. I tried everything possible to get it back in place with no luck. Now... here's my issue. I tried downloading the new version and after hours of fighting over the password and having to change it once again, (Why is it so hard for DAZ to remember my password?) Anyway, once I did manage to download the new installer, it told me I had no such account and wouldn't allow my use. This is not a new issue. It usually won't allow me to use it and I have to download manually. I've downloaded the DIM installer over and over, but I get the same results. Maybe 25% of the time? It'll work. The rest of the time, even if it does work, my purchase never appears as something I can download. I'm at my wit's end. (what little I've managed to sustain) During this period of isolation, it's uber frustrating to not have this resource. You can only stand so much Netflix. Can anyone help?

Your anti-virus software may be causing much of your problem.
Thanks fastbike, But all I use is what comes with Windows 10. Windows Defender. I've had it since I bought the computer (Intel NUC) It's never caused much of an issue in 3 years. I've never had any kind of virus. I dunno. Thanks for your advice.
I did get my content back in place with some research, but I doubt it solved the DIM program.
I hear that. Defender and Malware Bytes work well for me. Less intrusive than any other AV I've found.
