Any good 3DL shaders for strand-based hair?

Exactly what the title says.  I'm wanting to know if there are any good 3DL shaders available for strand-based hair.   It would be better if they also worked fine for regular hair, but I'm not picky in that regard.  Failing something like that being on the market, some advice as to a suitable Iray shader that works okay in 3DL, or a 3DL hair shader that would probably work okay for strand-based hair despite not being intended for it would also be welcome.
