Puppet Tool REQ

The puppet tool is one of my favorite tools in DS. It would be very helpful to have the option to right click the dots and type a simple dot indicator such as "Blink - Smile - A Frame number ..." That would place the text under the dot.

I realize there are probably thousands of REQ's on a list somewhere for DS, just thought this would be rather simple to implement and very helpful.
