I assume that when I die, my children will not be able to use any of the DAZ products I paid for and will need to erase all such files from my computer.

According to the EULA,

"subject to the limitations and obligations of this Agreement, a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content, duly obtained by payment of all applicable license fees, as provided in this Agreement"

I assume freebies are okay although it may be difficult to determine what was a freebie as items purchased may later be offered as freebies by DAZ.

    They can email DAZ directly with the details, then DAZ can make arrangements as they see fit (if or when the time comes)......DAZ staff are people too, so they are reasonable

    RawArt's answer is the best answer, building a lengthy argument on what people think will be said in reply serves no useful purpose so the thread has been locked.
