I have no idea who she is, though I'm grateful she's sticking around for another week.
First honorary PC+ membership was until the end of March, then they exceeded it for one week, and after that for another week, so imo it should run until 4/14.
Or do you think it's meant to be the recent week, so it'll end the 12th of April ?

Damned, wasn't aware that they consider Sunday as the first day of the week in the US of A. So if they don't follow ISO 8601 it would be over April 11th... :)

I'm American & as far as I know there's nothing legal/official (on the national level) that says what the first day of the week is. Most calendars sold here show Sunday as the first day of the week, but not all companies or government entities follow that. My current employer's work week is Monday - Sunday; one former job used Sunday through Saturday; another's work week was Friday through Thursday of the following week; and my state government's unemployment agency considers a week to be Sunday through Saturday for purposes of reporting any earnings.

Hello. For personal reasons, I had been unable to enjoy this hobby for quite a few years. Wow!! things have changed quite a bit. The script seems to have flipped on Poser and Daz Studio with significant benefit to DS users. Anyway, I've been lurking the forums etc. to learn the new features, like Iray, while using my older assets- V4/M4, etc. I decided to finally try out Genesis 8, and, subsequently, would like to purchase a few things to enjoy all these new features. My extended time away, perhaps, has left me uncertain as to how these types of offers work. I was intersted in a Genesis 8 Female Pro Bundle, which were 50% off yesterday. Yes, I should strike while the iron is hot, but they still display "-30%". My question is, does that -30% reflect this honoray PC Membership offer, or would I see an additional 30% off at checkout? Honestly, it seems to me as a semi-new customer interrupted, that these sales and offers are slightly.....byzantine. At this point, Im not even trying for free stuff no matter how it's classified.
The 30% off is likely the price that will show in the cart. All DAZ Originals are at least 30% off for Platinum Club members. Sometimes a steeper plain discount happens, and when it does that is the price displayed in both pages and cart.
There are frequent offers, which amount to "buy one (or more) new release(s) to get better savings on other items." If you think of that new release purchase as a key that "unlocks" extra savings, it comes out less confusing. Or, at least, that idea helps me.

The 30% is the PC discount, so no theer wouldn't (currently, that I am aware of) be an extra discount in cart. The Pro Bundles do fairly frequently attract additional discount or special offers.
Don't forget that the pattern with the Genesis figures is somewhat different from that of the older figures - the base morphs are usually not in the Pro Bundles but are separate products, so depending on what you want a Pro bundle may not be the ideal first add-on.
Thank you, Eden Evergreen, I saw that type of offer on a page, and that analogy actually is helpful. I guess it's no harm to try a cart combination that gets me to a happy place.

Than you as well, Richard. Yes, at first, I was a little disarmed at how surfaces are organized with Genesis, but I appreciated the grouping of surfaces available above the individual surfaces. I understand that G8F comes with few morphs, but there are a few free ones out there that are very worthy of consideration, and some sculpted characters that dont require any morph packs. Ive been testing/enjoying G8 with those. I chose the pro bundle based on the most pleasing combination of hair, outfits, and character textures more than shape. There are some characters that interest me which require morph packs, so I will be getting those in the future. I just didnt want to get too wacky with the cc, until I see when my work situation improves. I was deemed "mission critical' until 10 days ago, and even had a driving pass. Someone got spooked, unfortuately, and shut the project down. I feel it may get reinstated earlier than other things because of the project's nature.
