Install manager Fatal Error ACCESS_VIOLATION

Hello, I have a problem with downloading and installing the products. I've changed installation paths for 64-bit software base, content and package archive. Then I push default install sets > start queue and it starts for a second but error message apperars. Tried to uninstall and install install manager couple times - the same result.

What securty software are you running? Do you hve UAC on (do you get a WIndows prompt asking if application installers can make changes to your system)?
I put DIM into windows firewall and Avast exeption. So I finally figured out how to download default queue of products (it happened when I left default paths but set different library path). Now products are in ready to install list but there is an error "install failed". Installation only possible if I change library path to default. How the hell can I install it to a different place???
