Help in IDing a character please.

I thought it might be Mei Lin 8 but the nose and eye shapes are different and I can't place the character even though I've seen it used elsewhere in goldtassel's promo's.

I'd say it's likely she's not a pure character (although it's possible I'm not seeing the obvious). This isn't the character in goldtassel promos that's usually asked about, but that character is known to be a mix (including characters from other stores), so there's a good chance of the same here.
