Purchased the wrong version of the right software, d'oh!

So yesterday I purchased Shackled! from the Daz store, I'm putting a scene together that features an evil version of Satyros and prisoners.  No matter what I tried, the shackles wouldn't properly fit my "prisoners", then I realized after the fact "damn, I bought the G3 version, the prisoners are Genesis 8!"  Looks like I'll be purchasing Shackled for Genesis 8 after work!

Oh yeah, the expressions that came with Satyros are a bit limited, I'm trying to give him an evil, maniacal laugh expression but so far no luck.  Any expresion pack for Genesis that could fit the bill?

Thanks!

As long as you purchased the "wrong" version within the last 30 days you can request a refund

I see you bought the wrong version of a product for a particular project.  If it was within 30 days of purchased, then you can contact support for a refund.

I have gotten a grass shader that does nothing in iray but too late to return it now.

I didn't realize I could, who do I contact?  both version cost the same, would it be possible to swap?

You need to file a help ticket
    https://helpdaz.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

If you ask for store credit as a refund you can then use that to purchase the correct version

There were not many expression add-ons back then, but check out 220 Emotions for Genesis. Good for all occasions.

220 Emotions is a handy set for Genesis and has control sliders in the Parameters tab.

Another expression set I find useful for Genesis is https://www.daz3d.com/genesis-expressions-and-face-aniblocks also with sliders but with thumbnails accompanying them, very handy.

Both work with Satyros but need a light touch, I find it best to use 15-25% each of a number of expressions rather the one at a higher % to avoid the distortion that can happen with heavily modified character morphs (Satyros).
