Orphaned Reference Removal Question

I have a lot of orphaned references (long story) in my database that would be tedious to remove by going to each category individually. Is there a way to do a clean sweep and have them removed? There used to be an option under content DB Maintanance, but it is no longer there. Thanks in advance for any response.

They should all show up in the LOCAL USER entry in Products view -> L. It might take a while to refresh if you have a lot of items in there. You can adjust how many items to display per page to keep it manageable. Select everything, or you can pick them individually if you like. Right-click and choose "Remove Orphaned References" (you will not see it if there are none in the current selection). Start from the last page so that you don't have to constantly clean out the top pages as items move up in the list. Repeat for each page of items. It won't affect valid references, like store links, informational icons, vanity items, etc., that end up in there.
