In search of this outfit and vehicle

I'm trying to figure out what the outfit is this character (attached) is wearing, and the vehicle of some sort behind her.

At first I thought the outfit was "Bounty Hunter," but that didn't pan out, and now I've got no idea.

The vehicle looks like some kind of wagon, but so far I can't match it up with anything at Daz or elsewhere.

Any ideas?

I bought the carriage and the textures some time ago, and that outfit is in my wishlist. I am just waiting for some nice sale.

I always enjoy looking at these threads where someone is trying to identify something.  It's kind of like a puzzle, so I read the first post and see if I can figure it out with any of the attached clues... then I give up and look and see that the answer is already within the first three comments (usually).  Just amazing.  But this one...
