Presets for saving poses presets ?
in The Commons
The issue:
I am saving pose presets and regularly disable various elements in them (translations, Pose Controls, etc.).
Umfortunately, I have to go through the whole figure tree again and again to find and uncheck what I don't want to save.
Is there a way to create some kind of presets?
E.g. I mostly never want to save the Pose Controls. It would be great if I could create a corresponding preset that has all those elements unchecked already.

Comments
I uncheck everything, then check only the trees and subtrees i want.
If you know anything about scripting you might want to look at http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/software/dazstudio/4/referenceguide/scripting/api_reference/samples/file_io/save_duf_pose/start (and the other scripts related to aving presets).
I find this tool to be useful: https://www.daz3d.com/preset-cleaner-for-daz-studio-37019
You can save out various template files and then apply them to other poses either individually or as an entire folder.
So for example if you save a single pose with only the options for Right hand saved, this can become your template for right hand partial poses. Then you can save any pose without altering the options then apply the template through preset cleaner, and it will adjust each pose file according to the selected template. In this case changing the selected poses to be right hand partial poses.
In the case you describe if you save a single template with 0 Pose controls, you just save your other poses with no additional settings, and then run the new poses through the preset cleaner with your 0 Pose template and it will edit each pose file to match.
Thanks,
seems so there is not tool to create pose save presets.
There is! https://www.daz3d.com/assembly-line-pose-automation-kit
I use the pose save script all the time. It has all the options I need to save partial poses, save joint rotations without saving morphs, etc.

Thanks Canary3d and others,
exactly what I was searching fore. Expensive, but seems to be worth the price.
Scripting something myself is out of reach because of limited know how (have only a litte python experience - maybe I will have a look into this).
