Install Manager didn't show the purchased product

Hello,

Yesterday I bought 3 models (free), but they didn't appear in the Install Manager.

See the picture, even I click the green 'download & install' button, it only shows some data in that red cycle in IM. 

How should I do? Manual download? But previously the IM works.

Check the Downlaod Filters you have set - I have found that ther are a few prodcuts flagged with ONLY Connect available, even if they will downlaod and install fine via DIM.

Note that you have 25 items showing in the Installed tab - with the exception of Party Girl those are all bundles, are you sure you didn't already own the component products and have them installed?
