Can't start using Daz Studio

Hello Everyone i'm New here.

I just installed Daz Install Manager and when i run Daz Studio the pop up attached appears: 

A VALI VALID POSTGRE COULD NOT BE ESTABILISHED. CHECK YOUR NETWORK, ANTIVIRUS, AND FIREWALL SETTINGS FOR CONFLICTS.

Somebody know what should i have to do?
