Anyone know which character this is?

Does anyone know which G8 character this is in the image? It's a promo for clothes at another shop, but I am not sure if this character is at the DAZ store or another shop.

    The texture looks like FWSA can look, and im getting a G2 vibe - pretty sure I saw a character recently during my ramblings that had that look.

    It looks like a kit-bash.
