50% off not working?

It might be something I'm missing but I think I meet the criteria for 'Buy 2 or more Newly Mad, Still Mad, Related Mad, or Mad Artist Store items to get 50% OFF them' but they're showing as 40% off.  I have a total of 4 new releases so is the sale broken or am I missing something??
