Need help remembering how to manually install a 3rd party pose file

I have the "Toon Bugsy" figure from 3DU, and would like to install the additional pose file  from Ivy's Toon Cockroach pose files.

It's been a long time since I"ve manually installed files, so could use some help.  Thanks in advance.

If this is a .duf file, it can be stored anywhere you want it under My Library but NOT in the Runtime folder structure. For example it could be put into a sub-folder for poses for Toon Bugsy.

update: I just found and downloaded the package ... Ivy has them in folders, consider the 'Content' as 'My Library' and everything should copy into their places nicely :-)
