DIM Cannot Log In

Well, I only have 3400+ items to download and install and I keep getting an error logging in with DIM. The wait time for help has been absolutely unacceptable.  At least 10+ days for a first response and then if I can't figure the problem out there isn't a problem.  If I sound frustrated that is because I am.  I am sure that my username and password are correct but the DIM cannot connect.  Are other people having problems in this area right now and any suggestions will be appreciated.  Thanks.

    I'm connecting fine.

    What antivirus are your running? Can you turn it off momentarily and try connecting? Do you have a firewall?

    Just checked as it was down for me too, and it's working now (including the web site).

    It was down for some hours earlier but working fine here now.
