What is included with the "HP Penny" character?

Hi everyone!

I'm interested in the "HP Penny for Genesis 8 Female" character:

But apart from the makeup, I'm not really sure what is included. Does anyone know if the clownsuit shown in the fourth picture is included? 

 

Also, does anyone know what hair is used in the third and fourth picture (the big, red one)? It's really nice, but couldn't find it in the store.

    Only the morphs and skin textures are included, no clothes or hair.
