Template links not working

I tried downloading the templates for "dForce Mosaic Outfit for Genesis 8 Female(s)" and "dForce Mosaic Outfit Addon for Genesis 8 Female(s)" from my product library, but the links don't seem to work.

I tried removing the space in them, the parentheses too, but it still doesn't work.
