problem with a product

I just bought the JW HD Microphone and Singing Poses for Genesis 8 product.  I really like it, but there's one small problem:  the microphone and the characters pose just fine, but there doesn't seem to be any way to pose the microphone stand.

Is there any way I can contact the vendor and ask them about this?

The best way is to use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page and ask Daz's support people. If they can't answer your question, they can contact the vendor. :)

How well do you know Daz Studio- the interface and working with products and the Parameters tab?
Pardon me for asking, but it does say adjustable microphone stand and the image shows it in multiple positions.

So there's probably a morph (or setting)  in the parameters tab that adjusts the length.

You select the stand in the main scene and edit it in the Tab.

Sorry, I can see I wasn't clear enough.  What I meant was, there are preset poses that show the person holding the mic stand, such as the one on the right in the image below.

But the problem is, when I apply that pose, it only poses the person and not the stand.  I kinda thought there would be preset poses for the stand, to go with the person's pose, especially since there are guitar props that have preset poses for the guitar, but I'm not seeing any.  I've also tried parenting the stand to the person, but it still just stays where it is.

Did you parent the microphone just to the person? You should parent it to the hand.

the description doesn't mention any poses for the stand, just wearable presets for the microphone. Sometimes you actually have to do some of the work in DS with posing and creating a scene. This is not a problem with the product, just lacking in an option you wanted.

If you parent the mike stand to the figures hand before posing, then it's fairly easy to just rotate the hand to get the stand to go where you want it.
