Does PC+ Still Have a Monthly Renewal Option?
Recently, I changed my 3 month auto-renewal term to monthly auto-renew, an option that has long been available to current members (although only 12 & 3 month memberships are sold in the store--you had to have one of those current to go to monthly). However, my subscription was just canceled, not auto-renewed for any term. I have been told that Daz stopped offering monthly renewal--which seems odd to me, since I was able to set my account that way less than 2 weeks ago and I wasn't given any notice. Not even a "There's a problem renewing your membership--please go to your account to fix it" email. Before doing a ticket, I want to make sure the Monthly option is gone but can't check since my membership is inactive right now, so hoping a kind current member/mod could take a look at their renewal option drop down & see if it's still there.

I am current & it has a drop down option to renew at $7.95 monthly but I haven't tried that in a long time.
It's been at least a year or more, if you let your membership lapse or have never been a member, since you could start a new membership monthly.
Thanks for checking. I also haven't had a 1 month plan in a long time, but decided that would work better for me, so I reset my account for the 1 month before my 3 month expired. So now that I know the option is still there I can go to CS and ask why I was cancelled and then told "Daz doesn't do those" when I had an autorenew plan in place that they are still offering.
(AFAIK, you could never join with a monthly subscription)
Yes, I made sure to do so & double checked later that it was set up properly before my end date. I missed the checkbox once & learned my lesson :)
(I really think Daz just wants to end monthly memberships but hasn't figured out a way to remove the option without messing up everyone's accounts or breaking the store. I am okay with that, but they should have notified people.)
I've looked into this.. nothing has changed. I'm not sure of the initial error, but there are still monthly subscription payments available.
I believe CS will be in touch to clarify.
That's possible. I've had payments not go through before and usually there's a form email--but maybe that's buggy too.
Thanks, Jack. I thought about taking a screenshot when I re-set to monthly & now I regret not doing so. Oh well, that's on me. I'm sure CS can get it sorted, once they see the ticket is still open.
