Upgrading Base model to Pro with credit applied for Base models already purchased?

I am relatively new to Daz 3D and purchased a few G8 Male and Female base and HD models a year ago. I realized in hindsight later that I should have paid a little extra and purchased the Pro models instead. Now I am wondering if Daz 3D can provide credit for the Base and HD purchases so I can purchase the Pro models. The way I see it it would be a waste to purchase the Pro models at full price because they nclude the Base models that I have already purchased. Essentially I would then be paying double for the same product. Is this an unreasonable request?

    Doesn't usually work like that, but i guess it couldn't hurt to file a support ticket and ask.

    Why would you need to purchase the products over again, just purchase the items you are missing from the bundle. the only different between the pro and base are the additional products and the gens, which you would be better off purchasing a 3rd party option from renderotica. Also, every adult pro bundle comes with the gens

    not something they will do

    but you can simply buy different pro bundles as all contain the anatomical elements and your bases should still have the textures
