Can't make the 'Spiky jacket for G8 Male' from Renderosity open

Hello, I have just bought the spiky jacket and applied it to the Genesis 8 Skeleton character, but I can't find out how to open it. I clicked on the icon saying 'SJ shape Opened' to make the jacket open, but it stays open.

    I recommend going to Renderosity and sending a sitemail to the vendor there. If no reply, leave a message in their marketplace forum and staff there can help.

    I have that jacket. I'm not at my Daz computer, but I think I had a similar problem and had to reinstall it. I think it had an install utility in the package.

    I've got that. Select the figure and load the jacket; then select the jacket a click the 'jacket open' duf. I haven't tried this on the skeleton.
