Install manager, unable to login to specified account

Daz Install Manager displays this alert when I attempt to login:
"Install manager, unable to login to specified account"

This alert displays despite having entered the correct user name and password.

Could AVG TuneUp or Avast have done something to fault my DIM?

I've tried uninsalling DIM and reinstalling DIM- obviously something remains that needs deleting - any clues?
