DRAW Ground

Is there any possible way to turn the darn draw ground option off completely.I have tried the lock option on it,but everytime I come back into daz studio to start a new figure/render the darn thing is on again.I don't always remember to turn it off,and get halfway through a render to discover it is on,grrrrrrr.Any help with this one would be awesome.Thanks.

What you probably want to do is go to your Preferences menu (F2 key), and then the Startup tab. From here, you can set DS to load a scene by default.

If you create a scene that's configured the way you like, you can then automatically load that scene on startup. I recommend setting that scene to Read-Only when it's correctly configured, to prevent you accidentally saving over it with something else.

Locks/Favourites are not saved into any kind of default DS settings (although they could be saved into a start-up file).

In the Preferences you can set a scene that's loaded when you start DS. You could set up an empty scene with your favorite render settings already applied and have DS load that on startup.
