Download Failed in DIM for Leroy

I can't get Leroy to download in DIM. Everything else downloaded fine but Leroy repeatedly gets "Download Failed." Anyone else have this issue?

    Try clearing your cache before attempting another download attempt.   A failed download has a habit of staying in the browser cache and causing susequent attempts to fail at around the same place each time.

    How do I clear the cache in DIM? I could start DIM over but that takes about 20 minutes because I have so much content...

    I clicked the circle thing and that takes 20 minutes too. Will see if that helps...

    Nope, still get Download Failed. Now I'm restarting DIM altogether.

    So I tried restarting DIM and still get Download Failed. When I went to my purchase page to try to download manually, there is no download for Leroy, just everything else in the bundle.

    I am having the same issue.  Cleared browser cache, same result.

    I'm wondering if maybe they are updating him and temporarily pulled him from downloading. But it's weird he's not even listed to download by himself manually on the web page..

    Wait, now he is on the web and I was able to manually download him. Resetting DIM to see if it will install...

    Ugh! Now Leroy shows up as a product update, but it still gets Download Failed and DIM isn't recognizing the manual download zip... What is going on???

    Well, I give up. Leroy is in the folder from a manual download but DIM won't recognize it to install and even the new updated Leroy doesn't download in DIM...

    I finally got him to work by doing a manual install.

    You have to unzip the manual download and then copy everything from inside the Content folder (data, people, runtime) into the corresponding folders on your hard drive, which for me are inside the default (C:/Users/Public/Documents/My DAZ 3D Library).  Its a bit tedious but it worked.

    Only drawback is that DIM still lists him as ready for download, even though he is present and fully functioning in Studio.

    Yes I manually installed it but it showed up grey in smart content and I double clicked it and it installed through Connect, which I'm not thrilled with. I would much rather have it installed through DIM. When it gets fixed, and I can download it from DIM, I guess I'll have to uninstall the Connect version but it's weird because all the files are in the correct place, but the product still showed up grey...

    I just (at 8:35 pm MST) successfully downloaded and installed Leroy 8 with DIM,. Maybe the problem has been fixed ?

    Mine still hasn't been able to download through DIM and manual installation didn't work for me either. Finally had to use Connect.
