Download links missing finally fixed

Is anyone else having issues with missing download links after purchasing an item? I purchased Midori for Aiko 7 last night and it shows it has a manual download option but I have no option to manually download my purchase. Two other purchases I made yesterday the download link shows up fine butI can't download this item. I have already submitted a ticket but wanted to know if anyone else is having a similar issue.

Sorry, I pretty much use DIM exclusively, and (having just checked) don't have Midori to check the manual download.
Thanks for trying Simon, I appreciate you checking. I don't use DIM because I have a custom folder setup for my content, I download my purchasees manually put the files into my folders. A throwback to when I used to use Poser.
DIM can use custom folder locations.
When using DIM it would load it to its default setup like Envirornments and Props, I don't necessarily load an item to the default folder. I have seen set load into props instead of envirornments. I also have subfolders inside main folders such as clothing I have subfolders for dresses, shoes, pants... DIM would mess all of that up.
Three days without any resolution or contact from daz on this, guessing they really don't want my money after all. Waiting three days or longer to get a download link is seriously rediculous!
Sorry, I don't have Midori, I just wanted to tell you that I am using DIM to download and then unzip the downloaded zips to put things where I want them in my customized Runtimes/Content folders.
It works fine and I do get information about updated files, which you don't get without DIM.
I don't use DIM because I live and work in an area that has internet that is barely above dialup service and DIM kept dropping out on me. I have better luck with direct downloads.
That is a valid reason - especially if DIM's resuming downloads does not work for you ...

That link seems more for sales errors than download link issues. I will add a new note to my ticket and at this point I am seriously just saying to hell with it. It shouldn't take three days to get a download link or a response from daz on this issue.
No, it shouldn't, but Daz support has apparently a huge backlog of tickets to handle these days so all tickets take longer than they used to.
With the train wreck that is going on with Iraq dropping to CPU I can understand that, but theyir customer service department is falling on its face and failing badly. They are gaining my ire from lack of contact apart from canned messages. All they would have had to do is respond to my ticket with just a sentence ot two saying they are working on tickets as fast as they can and will be back with me soon. Instead they say nothing and make people feel like they are unimportant to them. I work with people everyday and they are shooting themselves in the foot.
Sorry I don't mean to be short or crass with you, I know its not your fault. I am just seriously frustrated. This issue is holding up work on a project I am working on.
Huh. Never had a reason to look at the Product Library page, but I see no manual download links, either. I can't say how long it's been like that, but I've had that product almost 2 1/2 years. Note that it was once one of those Daz Encrypted products that was not available outside of Connect for the first 12 months.
I wasn't aware of that, but since the 12 month period is expired it should have a manual download link now as well. Thanks for looking for me.
It shows Install Manager and Manual as options so it should have a zip for DIM - those methods are generated by the system as far as I know, they are not added by a human and so capable of being wrong. I will ask about this.
All it currently shows is the connect option with no manual link.
That got me to thinking, how many more like that? Well, lots more. There was a running list of encrypted content in a thread at the time, and of the ones I bought (after 12 months) about half of them don't have the manual download links to this day, but were available through DIM.

There was an automated system supposed to fix those all up when they went off of "encryption-only", but apparently it had some bugs. Please file a support ticket with this list (and if you want to be super nice to support: list the SKU's along with the product names) and they will be able to sort that out. Customer support generally does not pay any attention to the forums and the forum moderators don't have access to the tooling to reprocess those products.
I am still waiting for someone to address my ticket for my purchase three days ago.
If you really need it right now, why don't you download through Connect then when it's fixed you can uninstall the Connect version.
I do not allow Studio to have access through my firewall, to use connect, I would have to enable access to studio and that is something I have no plans to do. I use a custom folder setup and if I uised connect to download it, it wouldn't to the folder system I use. I had serious issues with connect when it first came out and I still am not a fan of it.
Sure, no problem. There will be some missing though, maybe other users can fill in the gaps, if any.

Thanks for the heads up, Chantelle has been in my wishlist, she has now been removed. No manual download availability, no sale.
They have finally fixed the issue and there is a manual; download link now. No response to my ticket or even a note or email to say "Hey it works now" But it is fixed now so that is the important part
The rest of them have been corrected, manual download links all around.
