Pose Libraries Organization Ideas??

I've collected quite a few pose libaries over the years and though I do appreciate the smart content, I was wondering if anyone has ideas on keeping them straight. Quite often I find myself just scrolling through the smart listing till I find something. Doing a search in the text box doesn't seem to help much.
