i'd love to know, too.

Linday does use unreleased clothing items in her promos sometimes, though.  

i've been hoping to see this knockout bandeau outfit hit the store since 2017, when syble was released.   and i'm not the only one.

I don't think it's https://www.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/one-piece-thong-for-genesis-8-females/122911/ (although it's possible it might be one of the various texture sets that exists for it) but it's close enough that it might work for you.
