You can use them all, just not on the same cart as you can only have one coupon per cart

  • A prompt appears saying "Not valid" when I try to apply a coupon code.

How to use it? I am new...

Which coupon, and what is in your cart?

  • Thanks Leana.

Read the conditions fine print of each coupon.

Some exclude PC+ items, new items, bundles, etc.

On top of that, some coupons will only work if qualifying items are the only things in the cart, so if a coupon says, for example, “3 or fewer select new release items”, putting 4 or more qualifying items, or any non-qualifying items at all, might cause the coupon to fail. It varies from coupon to coupon, but these are things to keep in mind to help you do your own troubleshooting.

You can use all the coupons, just as long as each coupon goes into a seperate purchase transaction.

What I did today, was having multiple browser windows open, each browser window dedicated to a different coupon, so in one browser window I had several tabs with Daz Original items for that coupon, while in another browser I had several tabs open for the "new items" coupon (which DID apply to todays' new releases as well, even if they were not on the "Select New" page!)
Then I got myself a giftcard (there's a coupon for that too!), and worked my way through the different browser widows. Add all the stuff in one browser window to the cart, add appropriate coupon, make the purchase transaction (pay with store credit from giftcard), then close that window, then move to the next browser window, same thing again.

Keep in mind that most of these coupons are multiplative with other discounts! So do check for wishlisted things that already have a nice discount, like "Select Artists", not only todays' Select Artists, but also those from previous days (check the banners at the top of the store page). Flash Sales and Fast Grab may also give nice stacking discounts with these coupons.

  • Thanks for answering.

I sort out the problem after reading conditions carefully.

I just don't understand the purpose of having individuals make multiple purchase transactions in order to take advantage of discounts & such. Can't they figure out a way to allow us to do this in a single cart as opposed to needing to do multiple purchases?

They aren't mind readers ;-) Which item would you want free with that coupon? for example.

Somewhere, somebody is complaining about DAZ coupons and sales being too difficult to use. And someone else is saying, "I don't know what you're talking about".

It was all to complex for me yesterday, so I emptied the cart and gave up. Total was $12.36 at the time.

I tried the same three items and the same coupon today and it was a "mere" $17.xx. So much for a 48 hour sale. There must have been another 24 hour discount in play at the time yesterday, or DAZ maths. Empties the cart again.

The coupons can be combined with the discounts from the various daily sales or fast grab. The 50% sale on featured artists items from last weekend was still up yesterday, it might be where the extra discount came from.

Quite likely, which is why I posted here, and not in sales errors!
