Beach Fun included Stuff?

hey, got someone this product:

And can make a little screenshot what exact is all inside of the product, when you load it in the Software?

it say it have a HDRI, and sand... I assumed you get the full beach, so I am  a bit confused :D

I really would like to have a beach where I also can go in the water and play with the family and chill and yeah....

If you have other beach Sets, with sand+water  and maybe props (otherwise I would need props seperate), please share with me.
