She disappeared from my library and reinstall through DIM fails. What's going on?

I also tried to install the updated file via DIM but it failed. I opened the file and a lot of things were apparently missing even if the file size was the same as the previous version. I believe they will correct the file and upload  a new version soon...

    Edit:

In fact I have just found that the file is damaged because I get a warning when I open it in another compression software.

Same here. Michelle HD required an update, but it cannot be installed. The product is gone from my Figures menu.

  • This has been fixed, but you will ave to wait for things to  sync - it may be in a couple of minutes, or it may be on the hour, but it should then be good.

It is good that it has been fixed.

But I would have preferred some communication before deleting files from my library. I consider this an intrusion of my privacy and a questionable behaviour.

Fairly odd, I noticed the failed update yesterday in my DIM, but she didn't disappear from my Smart Content Library, I could use her normally. Still didn't update, will do later today, as she's one of my favourite characters, because her skin is really easy to work with.

What do you mean by deleting from your library? DIM and DS won't delete stuff without being told to by you. If you mean the product was no longer listed in the Ready to Install tab in DIM, assuming you hadn't yet installed it, then that would have been while you were on line - if there is a newer version DIM will show that while on line, if you choose to work offline it will show the version in your package archive.
