DAZ INSTALL MANAGER LOGIN ERROR

I see there have been many issues with this install manager.. For someone whom recently purchased products here I am upset at two hours later trying to have install manager login. (NO antiviruses on workstation) triple checked info is correct. What is the problem!?!?!?!?!
