quick question: how to reset to render screen

So I am trying to render the whole screen but for some reason all I get is the rectangle (see pic) and I forgot how to get the render screen options to change them. How do I do this pls?

I have a default scene that loads up, I also have a default camera settings saved (and lighting); it's useful for certain shots, to show differences in items not down to light or camera angle.
