Does anyone know what skin texture this is? What character was applied here? I really like her skin textures. It looks like Babina 8, but Babina's skin isn't that white. How did she turn Babina's skin white like that?

Babina 8 with her fibermesh eyebrows. Sorry, I didn't read the rest of your post. Decrease the translucency by 15-30 units (Surfaces/Skin-Lips-Nails/Diffuse/Translucency iirc)
