Dreamlight's RIB Forsaken Corner: Odd artifacts on skin from light presets?

Hello.

Please see the subject line. I notice that all of the lighting presets with this product cause odd blotchy artifacts on the forehead of my character, almost resembling graffitti, no matter how her head is turned. However, the Outdoor HDRI Presets from the same vendor work fine with this RIB. Any ideas as to what might cause this? I'm wondering if there might be some subtle differences between the lighting presets that cause this. The issue does not occur with other HDRI or parametric lights... just with the presets included with this RIB.
