When I redo skin I use Skin-Lips-Nails. Only when doing the Bump and Displacement do I adjust the Nails separately. Leaving out the Lips can make them look different from the Skin unless I want a little more definition then I will adjust them separately being careful not to make the difference between the skin and lips too much.

Thanks for the replies.

Trimmed image ... I was looking for instructions with regards to all of what amounts to these skin shaders. What each dial does type thing.
